1. Current status
The website displays a cookie preferences banner and stores the choice you make in your browser. Selecting “Only necessary” keeps PostHog disabled. Selecting “Accept all” permits PostHog to measure page views and website interactions. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website or related service can store on your device. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits, pixels and other methods that store information or recognize a browser or device.
Some technologies are strictly necessary for a service requested by the user, such as maintaining a secure login. Others—such as audience analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking—normally require a clear choice before they are used.
3. Current cookie inventory
| Technology | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
foreluma_cookie_preferences local storage | Foreluma | Remembers whether you selected necessary storage only or accepted optional analytics | Until you clear browser storage or change the choice |
ph_* cookies and local storage | PostHog EU | Measures page views and website interactions after consent so we can understand and improve the website | Up to 12 months; earlier if you withdraw consent or clear browser data |
| Font request and browser cache | Google Fonts | Loads the Manrope typeface; Google receives standard network information when the font is requested | Google does not set a Foreluma cookie for this request; the browser may cache the font |
4. Server logs are not cookies
A hosting provider may create access or security logs when it delivers a page. Those records can include an IP address, browser information, requested page and timestamp, but they are not necessarily stored on your device. Their treatment is described in the privacy policy.
5. If the website changes
Before adding analytics, advertising, chat, video embeds, A/B testing or another technology that is not strictly necessary, Foreluma should:
- identify every cookie and similar storage operation;
- document the provider, purpose, data collected and duration;
- block the technology until valid consent is obtained where required;
- make rejecting as easy as accepting;
- provide a way to change or withdraw the choice; and
- update this policy and the privacy policy.
6. Your controls
Use the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer to change your choice at any time. Most browsers also let you view, delete or block cookies and local storage through their privacy settings. Clearing site data removes the saved preference and the banner will be shown again.
7. Contact and changes
Questions about cookies can be sent to hello@foreluma.com. We will update the date when this policy or the technology inventory changes.
